Hall and Room Hire

The Community House makes available to community groups and individuals rental of its Hall and other facilities, including the Childcare Room and the Computer Room.

These facilities are available for meetings, parties, playgroups, courses and classes, consultations and other functions. Bookings can be one-off or regular/on-going dependent upon availability. The Hall is well equipped with a kitchen which includes a refrigerator, a microwave, tea and coffee making provisions and a full set of crockery and glasses. The Hall is well set up with trestle tables and chairs.

FEES

A Security Deposit is required for all hirer’s – $50*

For:

  • House Members – $12.50/hour
  • Community Groups – $15.00/hour
  • Private/Commercial Ventures – $25.00/hour
  • All booking fees must be paid in advance. A security deposit will be collected and returned to the hirer after a satisfactory inspection. It is the hirer’s responsibility to clean up after the event and is responsible for any breakages and damage. Return of the deposit will depend upon these conditions being met.

    Access and use of childcare toys and materials are not included.
