Everyone is welcome at Emerald Community House, where we aim to engage members of the community through providing the highest standards of community development activities, programs and services.  ECH provides many services such as child care, before and after school care, short courses, PAVE and Funfest, the Emerald Market and the Go List.

Our vision is to be recognised by the community as a place where connections are made and opportunities are realised.

please support Grace Manson

Young Grace Manson has just been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and her parents Naomi and Grant Manson are seeking community support to assist them make modifications required to their home and with medical expenses.  Little Grace is also down syndrome and has just started school this year at Ferny Creek.  ECH has set-up a support fund for Grace and any donations can be dropped into the House or by direct deposit BSB 063-842 Acct 1009 3095 and include Manson in the reference.

Join Emerald Community House by supporting the Mercy Campaign to help  save the lives of two young Australians boys,  Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran  who face execution in Indonesia.  They do not deserve to die.

Andrew and Myuran have admitted that, in Bali in 2005, they attempted to traffic drugs to Australia.  At the time, Andrew was 22 years old and Myuran 24.  Since their conviction Andrew and Myuran have reformed themselves. They are still young and want the chance to repay society for what they have done.  Everyone needs a second chance.

Andrew and Myuran have exhausted their avenues of appeal. The only thing which can save them now is a grant of clemency from Indonesia's President. Their actions were illegal and they will be punished with lengthy prison sentences . We don't believe they should be killed for their crimes. We don't believe their families should suffer such a tragedy.
